In light of the declaration of a peacetime emergency by Governor Walz resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, Department of Commerce is granting authority for mutual insurance companies to postpone or cancel annual meetings depending on the items on the agenda.
Since we are not proposing any modification to our articles of incorporation or by-laws or a change in organizational structure, Redwood County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company's Board of Director's have chosen to cancel their 2021 Annual Meeting. Since there were no opposing filings for the three expiring directors, the Board of Directors have extended the terms of directors John Derickson, Leon Plaetz and Van Cunningham to fulfill the original three (3) year term which will expire 2024.
